Description
This tacky, cork-impregnated insulation tape is supplied in a 9-metre (30-foot) roll with a width of 50mm (2 inches) and a thickness of 1/8 inch (3.175mm). It is a self-adhering, polymer-based material containing butyl rubber, asphalt, and 55% granulated cork by volume. Designed for HVAC/R applications, it prevents condensation on cold lines, insulates against heat loss on hot lines, and can be used for sound deadening and gasketing.
